At Globe Wear, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not happy, we offer an easy return and refund process. Here’s how it works:
Return Eligibility
You can return items if:
- They are unused and in their original condition with tags attached.
- You request the return within 30 days of receiving your order.
- The product shows no signs of wear caused by you.
Note: Custom and personalized items can’t be returned unless they are defective.

- Our team will send you instructions and a return address.
Return Shipping
- You’ll need to cover return shipping unless the item is defective.
- Use a trackable service to ensure your item is returned safely.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the refund approval.
- If approved, you’ll get a refund within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges
- We don’t offer exchanges. If you need a different size or item, return the original and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If your item is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at info@globewear.store. We’ll replace it or give you a full refund.
